Operator, not marketplace
Every guide, driver and host we work with is on a direct contract with us. If something goes wrong on your trip, there is no third party to call — it is us, on the phone, within the hour.

The atelier
We're a Marrakech-based travel atelier that designs and operates every trip itself — no marketplaces, no resellers. A small team on the ground, one phone number, and a list of returning clients we are quietly proud of.

The office
Our story · in plain language
Operate the trip ourselves rather than resell other people's. Walk every property the night before you arrive, pay every supplier directly, hire drivers we know personally, write every itinerary by hand — then charge a transparent fee on top of the real cost.
We stay deliberately small. We take a limited number of private tours a year, many of them returning families and friends-of-friends. We are slow to scale and fast to answer the phone.
"If we wouldn't send our own mother to that riad next Tuesday, we don't put it in your itinerary. That's the whole standard."
What we believe
These aren't marketing lines. They are the four arguments we have had repeatedly inside the atelier — and the answers we have settled on, after eleven years on the ground.
Every guide, driver and host we work with is on a direct contract with us. If something goes wrong on your trip, there is no third party to call — it is us, on the phone, within the hour.
The same person who answers your first message writes your itinerary and answers the phone on the trip. You do not pass through a call centre at any point.
Local hosts, fair driver day-rates, low-impact desert routes. We pay every supplier within days of invoice — not the months the industry normalises.
Real ground costs plus a transparent atelier fee, itemised in every quote. No hidden margins, no commissioned upsells, no dynamic pricing surprises.
Eleven years on the ground
Two founders, one riad office near Bab Doukkala, three returning clients from a previous life in hospitality. The idea: operate every trip ourselves rather than resell other people's.
We stop subcontracting cars and start working with a small circle of career drivers directly — the same trusted faces you still ride with today.
Borders close. We stay in touch with our drivers and hosts, write guides nobody reads, and build the operations playbook we use now.
We extend our own desert routes — adding Erg Chigaga to the Erg Chebbi camps and refining the Atlas crossings we run directly, like everything else.
We have deliberately stayed the same small size. Slow to scale, fast to answer the phone.

A small team
Trip designers and career drivers — with a circle of licensed guides, hosts and craftspeople we work with directly. The atelier deliberately doesn't grow past what we can hold in one WhatsApp thread.

A small circle of career chauffeurs we work with directly.

Weavers, calligraphers and zellige masters we know personally.

Trusted camp hosts at Erg Chigaga and Merzouga.
Begin a conversation
A few lines about who you are, when you'd like to come, and what excites you — that is genuinely enough for us to write back with route options and a real, itemised quote within one working day.
