The short answer
Yes. We run private groups from two to about forty people. Minivans take groups of up to eight, and for twenty or more guests we coordinate several drivers and vehicles, a group leader and a logistics manager in Marrakech. Family reunions, wedding parties and corporate retreats are all within our experience. We never pool you with strangers.
In more detail
For a small group, one vehicle does it. Modern sedans handle city and airport transfers, 4x4s handle mountain and desert routes, and Mercedes Vito or Hyundai H1 minivans carry up to eight. Beyond that we run a convoy or a minibus.
For twenty or more, the logistics change. We coordinate multiple drivers and vehicles, put a dedicated group leader with you and keep a logistics manager in Marrakech, so a late flight or a change of plan does not stall the whole party.
Plan the medina with care. The lanes are narrow and busy, so a big party moves slowly on foot, and some trips have their own size limits: the evening food tour runs for one to eight travellers. Tell us the numbers and we will plan how the group moves.
Every itinerary is a starting point. Send us the group size, dates and what the group loves, and we send a written itinerary and a written quote. For groups, book early, especially for spring and any Sahara dates.
