The short answer
Yes. Pharmacies and supermarkets in Gueliz and around the medina stock European-brand nappies, formula, wipes, baby-food pouches, infant paracetamol and rehydration sachets. Stock up in the city before any Atlas, Ourika or desert day trip, because supplies thin out fast once you leave Marrakech.
In more detail
Marrakech pharmacies are well stocked and easy to find in Gueliz and around the medina. Familiar brands of nappies and formula are on the shelves, along with wipes, baby-food pouches, infant paracetamol and oral rehydration salts.
If your baby is on a specific formula, bring enough for the first few days in pre-measured, labelled bags, then top up locally. Make it up with bottled water, not tap water. For a weaning baby, soft tagine vegetables, bread and mashed chickpea are natural options from any Moroccan table.
The gap opens on day trips. In the Atlas valleys, in Agafay and on the road to the Sahara, pharmacies and shops are few and far between. Pack the day's nappies, wipes, formula and snacks before you leave the city, plus a spare change of clothes.
Our private drivers set the stops around you, so feeds and changes happen when they need to, not when a coach timetable allows. Bottled water is on board every day trip.
