The short answer
Yes, if you ask in advance. We arrange child safety seats for private transfers and day trips on request, so tell us each child's age and weight when you ask for a quote, and we confirm the seats in writing. Never assume a seat will simply be there, and do not count on one in a street taxi.
In more detail
For day trips and transfers, a private car and driver is close to essential with small children. It lets you stop for a feed, a nappy or a leg-stretch, carry all the kit, and skip grand-taxi connections with a toddler on your lap. The seat is part of that plan, so we sort it before the day rather than at the kerb.
Tell us what you need: a rear-facing infant seat, a forward-facing toddler seat or a booster. Give us the children's ages and weights and we confirm it with your quote. If your child is used to a particular seat, bringing your own is always an option.
In the city, the small petit taxis can take a car seat only if you bring your own. With a baby, book a private car rather than flagging a taxi on the street.
Inside the medina no car seat is needed at all, because cars cannot reach most of the lanes. Your guide or driver meets you at the nearest gate, and from there it is a carrier or a short walk.
