We reply with a written itinerary and a written quote, and we confirm by email within 24 hours. A 30% deposit confirms the booking; cancellation and refunds follow Serenity Morocco Tours' booking terms.

Every trip is quoted for your group, your dates and your route, so the quote lists exactly what is included. For a day trip that is usually a private car or 4x4 with an English- or French-speaking driver, fuel, tolls and parking, and a local guide where one is needed. Nothing is charged to ask, and you can change the plan before you confirm.
After your deposit clears, you receive a PDF service agreement that lists every included service, the price and the cancellation terms. Nothing is left to a verbal promise, which is the best protection there is when you book anything abroad.
Bookings are operated by Serenity Morocco Tours, whose booking terms govern deposits, cancellation and refunds. Once a trip is confirmed, you have a WhatsApp line to our team during your stay for anything from a flight delay to a restaurant suggestion.
