The short answer
Yes, if you tell us in advance. Lunch on our day trips is an optional add-on at places such as a riverside table in the Ourika Valley or the harbour in Essaouira, and vegetable tagines, salads and bread are standard in Moroccan kitchens. Desert camp dinners can handle vegetarian and other dietary needs when they are flagged ahead.
In more detail
On a day trip, lunch is a choice, not a fixed menu. In the Ourika Valley it is a table set over the river with tagine, brochettes and fresh bread. On the Three Valleys loop it is a slow riverside tagine. In Essaouira it is grilled fish and seafood off the boats. A vegetable tagine and cooked salads are easy to ask for almost anywhere in Morocco.
At desert camps, a typical luxury-camp dinner runs to four courses: harira, a pastilla or salad starter, a slow-cooked tagine or mechoui, then almond pastries and mint tea. Vegetarian and other dietary needs are easily handled if you flag them in advance. On our Agafay sunset trip, dinner in camp is a three-course Moroccan meal around the fire.
Allergies need more care, because kitchens in villages and camps are small and the menu is often set for the day. Tell us exactly what you cannot eat when you ask for a quote and we pass it on before you travel. A short note in French or Arabic is worth carrying too.
Bottled water and snacks are on board every day trip. If you need specific snacks, bring your own: shops are few once you leave the city.
