The short answer
Yes, if you plan the base and the pace around the oldest and youngest. A hotel with a lift, or a riad with a ground-floor room, keeps grandparents comfortable; a pool keeps children happy. Private cars and guides mean each day can split: an active morning for some, a garden and a long lunch for others.
In more detail
The base decides the trip. A large riad booked for the whole family can feel like a private house, but check stairs, pool depth and connecting rooms first. Hotels in the Palmeraie, Hivernage and Gueliz offer lifts, step-free access, bigger pools and kids' facilities, with cars at the door. Many families split the stay: a couple of nights in the medina, the rest somewhere easier.
Build days with options. A morning in the Ourika Valley can include a waterfall scramble for the energetic and riverside mint tea for everyone else. In Agafay, some ride a camel or a quad while others watch the sunset from camp. The gardens, Majorelle, Menara and Le Jardin Secret, suit every age.
Children are warmly welcomed everywhere in Morocco, in restaurants, riads and on the street. Heat affects both ends of the family first, so plan the big outings for spring or autumn and keep the middle of the day for rest.
Our trips are private, so families with small children and older travellers set the pace. For bigger family groups we coordinate several vehicles. Tell us everyone's ages and any mobility needs when you ask for a quote.
